Steer the Books is a fixed-asset management and CRA Capital Cost Allowance (CCA) platform built for Canadian operators — trucking fleets, real estate, equipment and IT. It runs dual tax and book depreciation, lease & loan amortization, buyout/disposal accounting, and ten audit-ready reports in one ledger.

It is built and operated by Piste Blanche Consulting LLC, an accounting-technology consultancy. The product is sold directly to subscribing businesses; access is by account only and protected with mandatory two-factor authentication.

Steer the Books never asks for your password or verification codes by email, phone, or chat. Codes are delivered only to your registered email at sign-in.
